Has anyone tried biqu new nozzles BIQU Panda Juicer Hotend High Flow & Standard Flow with 0.4mm Hardened – Biqu Equipment
They looks like the Aliexpress nozzles with BTT branding on them for 3x the price, just a cash grab. I tried the ali HF ones and they were terrible.
Bambu OEM is the only way to go, especially when the new Tungsten HF nozzles drop.
Not exactly, they claimed that high flow core is made out of hardened steel, plus some special coating that should increase durability
That is exactly what is being sold on ali as well.

They are shite in general as per my testing and a coating will never be as good as tungsten.
Wow thanks mate, i just canceled my orders, it’s a first time order for me, the cheap price is really what sells it
Glad to help. Their frostbite and glacier plates are pretty good but the rest of their items I would stay away from.
For hot ends now that bambu makes official high flow versions and the upcoming tungsten there is really no reason to go aftermarket. I like affordable stuff as well, but with hot ends you want quality.
I bought these without expecting much, and they work amazingly well. I ended up getting 4 more (HF 0.4).
Reading this forum you’d think Bambu manufactures in Switzerland and the rest of the world in some basement in China… Bambu is Chinese, and plenty of sellers on AliExpress offer material just as good. If you want to spend €60 for a hotend and then toss it if it clogs — go ahead…
In fact, it’s likely that some sellers on AliExpress actually source from Bambu’s own suppliers (you don’t really think Bambu makes everything in-house, do you…?).
Agreed, a lot of that stuff is coming out of the same warehouse, in fact I started getting all my extra build plates from Ali and never had issues. For the “design” style build plates I actually prefer the Ali because they are “one piece” as opposed to Bambu’s approach with the removeable stickers.
Quite a bold statement about a company that has so many products in its range. I absolutely cannot agree with that.
Most of their “upgrades” for bambu including hot ends, extruder gears, cooling ducts, extruder housing perform the same or most time worse than OEM.
So you think the Panda Revo is worse than the standard OEM? And the metal extruder gears are worse than the standard plastic ones? Okay ![]()
Panda REVO hot end has horrible layer adhesion performance, worse than OEM and slower flow rate than pretty much every other after market nozzles on the market. And their metal extruder gears quality and performance is subpar compared to OEM.
That statement is not the “own” you think it is, quite the opposite, you showing your ignorance. Just because something is metal does not mean its better, there is a reason bambu went with polymer for those parts. You need to take into account thermal properties, mass, friction coefficient and many other factors. Ive tested the metal gears for X1/P1 and they caused more rapid onset of heat creep and the result was extruder clogs at a more frequent rate when printing high temp filaments.
What exactly are you comparing “the flow rate” and “the layer adheasion” of a hot end with interchangeable nozzles to? As if there were only one type
As if these were the only parameters that existed. You can see that your statements are simply nonsense either by looking at reviews or by finding out for yourself.
And metal gears are worse than plastic gears ‘because you say so’. Yeah, I’m really glad that I’m the ignorant one here
But it’s good that this is enough for you to badmouth ~50 products from one company.
Not because I said so, because everything was tested. Here are the layer adhesion numbers for some hot ends including panda with various nozzles:
Here is some more info about metal gears:
And specifically about Panda gears:
Most of BTT products are like “performance” upgrades for a Civic, look cool but reduces performance due to higher weight, poor manufacturing and/or design decisions. “Jewelry” and not real performance upgrades.
i am waiting for micro-swiss CHT
Edit now available:
Right you are , I bought them also on Ali .
No problems what so ever and can buy more for the price…
when I don’t trust I buy only one and buy only more ones proven to be good.
Just ordered 3 of the same you linked to ![]()
Did you end up buying it? Since they’re already on sale now.
No. i bought Bambu standard nozzle. ($)
Wait for Bambu to release tungsten carbide nozzles if better material is what you’re looking for.
