I have a question for everyone in the Bambu Lab Euro Store regarding the Birds Eye Camera.I’ve wanted to order it since it was first announced, but it’s never arrived or I’m always told it’s sold out. The question is, who has actually received one by now? I couldn’t buy one.It can’t be that there aren’t any available to this day. I wonder if Bambu does it this way: you have to buy the expensive Laser Kite just to get one. I have an H2D and an H2C, and I’d like to install one in both. The kit is too expensive for me.
They sell as soon as they appear. To get mine, I had to check the page everyday for one week every 2 or 3 hours until it appears and I just clicked purchase, 5 hours later it was sold out again.
I received the notification but after they were all sold out!
It’s supposed to be back in stock today so refresh the page every hour starting now, everyone will do the same so be quick. Also put the other stuff you want to purchase to meet the 55€ minimum to meet the free shipping in your cart ahead of time like now. If you do it while you click add to cart for the camera, there is a chance that the time you loose doing the other purchases will make the camera unavailable by the time you click purchase on the cart page
Check the online stores for authorized Bambu resellers in your country; I got tired of waiting for Bambu to restock and went searching; found a retailer with them just one province over.
Just installed it yesterday, now I’m wondering why I bought it since there doesn’t appear to be an option to view through it anyhow
I’m trying to buy it for the last 3 months - no way to buy it… for the last couple od days it was showing ETA 21 July 2026, and around 5PM changed to “sold out” - I was checking the page every couple of minutes from 7AM fot the whole day… that’s just imposible that I missed it’s availability
And the notification does not consider whether you order as business or consumer customer - guess it assumes consumer customer. For some items there are different warehouses for each customer group. At least in Europe I saw this on the AMS HT and the AMS 2 Pro.
I have a H2C. I do not have the plotter or engraver - just used for 3D Printing. Can I still install the birds eye camera? And if so, does it just appear as a second camera in the software/app that I can live view through?
I am also waiting since weeks for the Birds Eye camera to finally appear again in the EU store… I’m hold back on purchases and it is so annoying that they do not keep the announced availability date.
When I woke up early at 5am this morning I opened my bookmarked EU store page and you won’t believe it: the birds eye camera was available for sale. I immediately placed the order and went back to sleep. I just checked once more - it was not a dream DHL has a tracking number already
It’s still sold out but something has changed. When I had a look at the BE camera, it is sold out but the purchase or add to cart button are available. When you click on the buttons it does nothing but if you want to increase the quantity, it now has a limit of 2. It seems that bambu reacted to scalpers and we cannot order more than 2 units.
But.. there are so many willing to purchase that they will be sold out anyway very quickly but may be less quickly than usual.
I’m having the same problem with the TPU assist module. As soon as I get to the site it’s sold out. Doing what the other person suggested now and checking daily.

the bird-eye calibration cannot be done without a cutter or laser and it’s only used for positionning, no liveview
