I’m having terrible issues (all of the sudden) with Bambu matte black PLA, other colors of matte have been ok so far.
Four different refill rolls on four different P1S’s all doing the same thing.
What are the filament pieces showing?
Difficult to see/get good photos of, but the filament is very bumpy/wavy, like is has been pinched (evenly spaced pinches). You can see it the best in the picture with my fingertips in it.
It is nowhere near uniformly round or even.
The teeth marks suggest it’s been fed through something like an extruder or maybe an AMS, is this straight off the spool?
The little recurring bumps are unusual, if you calibrate the filament what do you get for the flow ratio? If you check it with a micrometer is it 1.75?
Straight off the spool (refill). Haven’t calibrated the rolls of black that aren’t printing properly yet, but a previous roll of matte pink was calibrated at about 1.01 or 1.02, can check the diameter tomorrow.
