It sounds like you have a filament jam in your extruder.
This happens from time to time.
You will likely need to remove the extruder unit and open it up to clear the jam.

I have done a thorough cleaning of the extruder right now, brushing all the gears with a toothbrush and cleaning all the gaps well, unfortunately the same thing continues to happen, I even tried with a new blade, I have tried the lever without the blade and it doesn’t work. I know it gets trapped, so it must be something from the blade hole, I will continue testing and if I can solve it I will post it here.

He hecho ahora mismo una limpieza a fondo del extrusor, cepillando todos los engranajes con un cepillo de dientes y limpiando bien todos los huecos, por desgracia sigue pasando lo mismo, incluso probé con una hoja nueva, he probado la palanca sin la cuchilla y no sé queda atrapada, así que debe ser algo del orificio de la cuchilla, seguiré haciendo pruebas y si consigo solucionarlo lo pondré aquí.

Are you sure the cutter lever was correctly installed after reassembling the print head? From my perspective, that part seems flawed because it’s possible to damage the plastic if it’s installed incorrectly. Additionally, improper assembly could result in losing the cutting function or other issues. It’s also quite easy for the blade to come loose from its mount during reassembly, which could cause further problems.
If the cutting arm is getting stuck, try loosening the screw that keeps it from popping out completely. If that screw is too tight the arm will jam.
Si el brazo de corte se atasca, intente aflojar el tornillo que evita que se salga por completo. Si ese tornillo está demasiado apretado, el brazo se atascará.
He conseguido solucionarlo aflojando varios tornillos, no solo el de la palanca de corte, si no también el del muelle del extrusor, así he conseguido que la cuchilla deje de atraparse en el interior. Estoy muy agradecido por vuestras respuestas y haberlo solucionado.

I have managed to solve it by loosening several screws, not only the one on the cutting lever, but also the one on the extruder spring, so I have managed to stop the blade from getting trapped inside. I am very grateful for your answers and for having solved it.
