Blocked 0.2 Nozzles - Some Information from my H2C

10 hour print last night with an 0.2 nozzle, had the motor overloaded message when I woke up.

With the A1 it is super easy to remove the nozzle and sort out a clog, but a completely different story with the H2C, I couldn’t remove the nozzle without stopping the print.

So after cancelling the print, finding the nozzle completely blocked, usually I would heat up the nozzle on an A1 and push filament through, or use the allen wrench method which usually helps, but this time I had nothing to grip on to to perform the allen wrench push, no way to heat the nozzle out of the printer, so unless simply pushing through the needle, there is no way to unblock this nozzle.

Unfortunately in my frustration I stuck in the hot allen wrench and couldnt get it out, removing it ended up in the small wires going to the temp sensor breaking! - It does make me think I may have preferred to have the H2D which meant it used cheaper nozzles. I did tear down the nozzle a little and there seems to be some shielding tape on it, but no where to physically heat it outside of the printer.

I did manage to do in-print hot hex key cold pulls on the left nozzle. But heat creep came up again later in the print.

With the right nozzle, I also had to abort the print and follow the hot hex key approach from the wiki (heat to 220, pit down via the menu, take from rack). Worked like a charm.
But I swapped in the .4’s now as I want to get the prints finished before thinking about better heat creep avoidance with the .2’s.
