I binded a printer and got 2 boosts originally, and before you changed the boost rules, boosted models, and got more. Before you changed the rules I used my last token and have not gotten one since, what gives??

You get boost tokens to give out by printing models on Makerworld. Downloading doesn’t count, you have to print them through MW. The tokens are awarded now on Mondays if you’ve printed models in the previous 7 day period.
They also changed the system so you get more than two if you used the previous two to boost a “very complex” model. This part has been a little murky and confusing.

Also be aware that if you print via lan mode or SD card you won’t be awarded boosts.
