I have seen a discusion about people reposting altered photos and then trying to get credit. I don’t know for sure but a watermark on the original photo with posters info would discourage this, no?
Nowadays it is unfortunately easy to remove a watermark with the help of AI.
But people who steal other models usually don’t care about a watermark.
You don’t even need AI to remove a watermark, any photo editing software can do it. Especially if it’s a single watermark on a clean background.
Might be easy to remove, but just another layer of FU, thief.
