We just received our A1 Mini from Bambu 3 days ago. Set everything up and did the calibration. Went to go print our first file and the screen displayed “SD card not inserted”.
SD card was in fact inserted, so i ejected it and tried again. Same message. I had a couple new 64gb SD card laying around so i decided to format one of them to the FAT32 format and try that. Still same message “SD card not inserted”… Went into the menu on the touchscreen to try to format or eject the card and it still displayed the same message and I could not tap either option.
I then tried another new SD card formatted to FAT32 and still the same message. Restored the unit to factory setting and yet still “SD card not inserted”…
After all this I have put in a ticket, still have yet to hear back. Also not sure what the fix will be?
Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue or just this one unit.
