I opened a ticket 3 days ago and still waiiting for a response from support. I downgraded the firmware and so far all the test prints ive done (the ones that come with the machine) have printed fine more or less, so definitely a firmware issue. The other issue i still have is the nozzle wiper only working half the time. Using PLA.
Belt error is gone since downgrading the firmware.
Which FW version are you using at the moment?
Im using firmware 01.05.02.00

have a same problem with the wiperā¦itās ok when you print a lot of layers without wipering neededā¦
regarding FW,it really fixed the calibration errorā¦
itās crazy,that brand new printers have those problemsā¦
From Bambu tech support:
āWe expect a hotfix firmware release that fixes this bug in about a week, and we apologize for any inconvenience. You also have the ability to downgrade your firmware to a version lower than 1.6.0.0 by using Bambu Handy and going to Settings and selecting Firmware Version and at the bottom of the page you will find āI want to downgrade to a previous versionā. Please select 01.05.06.62 as that is the last firmware version without the bug. In a week or so you will be able to upgrade again when the new firmware version is released. Be aware that you might get a dialog asking you to upgrade to 1.6.1.0 if you do downgrade as that newer version is already available and is probably the one that you currently have that is causing the issue.ā
