Brim that just holds the corners?

Hey all, I’ve printed quite a few things from makerworld lately and noticed some of the prints use a dot-like brim on each corner of the model, and these come off really easily. I’ve been trying to figure out the setting for this and can’t for the life of me find it. It seems like a much better solution than a full-blown brim.

Any ideas?

These things are called mouse ears.
In the latest version it even has an own symbol in Bambu studio:

But to use them, you have to set the brim to “painted” first.

Do I then have to manually paint them, or is it another setting within painted
