[Broke again] U.K. store checkout broken

Seriously, does the U.K. now have only one build plate option?

The U.K. store only has a single item in it right now.

@BambuLab I assume this is an error rather than a permanent change in the poor line-up the U.K. is often stuck with.

Since this, I have noted, that two of the PC/TPU options are missing, and many PETG options are gone.

Is there an unknown problem or is this an unannounced maintenance session that has failed badly?

Again, the irony is not lost on me that the sole plate isn’t available now, and I still haven’t been able to grab one due to the first four being ripped from my basket. The stock alert suggesting they were back in stock was incorrect.

For those counting, that is 1…, nope just one item.

  • No P series printers
  • A series of printers just disappeared (they were there a few minutes ago)
  • No AMS
  • Only three PLA types under the PLA menu
  • The list is increasing

Maybe an underlying database issue? Maybe someone needs to kick a server?

X2 on the server needing kicking. Several users on reddit have noticed this as well.

Make that 3 kicks to the server… It was all there a few hours ago, went to purchase my basket now and half the stuff I wanted is gone from the store, bit annoying considering the limited time left on the black Friday sale, hopefully it’s fixed soon.

It appears to be working again. For how long, that is a different question.

The server status page showed zero issues throughout the problems.

There is no entry in the log for the outage either.

The U.K. store is down again.

This time during checkout with constant timeouts.

Can’t purchase anything.

Yeh, thought it was just me, but cant even browse through the pages to put items into my basket let alone get to checkout.
Seems like we miss out on the Black Friday deals then!
What are the changes of BL extending it due to their site issues?

The sale ends at 8 am GMT tomorrow, hopefully, they will resolve it before then.

@makerworld & @bambulab the U.K. site is out yet again, can you get it fixed, please?

Still, nothing on the Status page for this or the previous time a few days ago when it went out.

I’ve been trying for an hour or so with no luck. Stopped working just as I was about to pay for a P1S. Sale runs until 8am, I’m hoping it’s back up and running by then🤞

You have to love the irony of receiving an email telling you to complete your purchase!

Which changes to this as you purchase.

1-3 business days becomes 3 to 5 business days without a moment to announce the significant change.

It makes sense to me. I’m taking it as it’ll be on the way in 1-3 days after processing, then once one the way, that’ll take 3-5 days.

That is a generous reading.

If your logic holds, then I have never seen a company that suggests two different dates for when products may or may not arrive at some potential point in the future.

It says it’ll be shipped out in 1-3 days after processing. Then it shows shipping will take 3-5 days. I guess I just don’t see that as a leap.
