Bubbles & Stringing

Using A1 with AMS, slicer settings are the factory presets using Inland PLA, First several prints were perfect then this started happening

  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Printer model used
  • Slicer settings used
  • Type of filament used
  • Photos that clearly show the problem
  • .3mf file (if the file can be shared)
  • Any potentially useful information that is related to the problem

If its only in the first layer and only on that spot, I’d clean the bed. Hot water, dish soap, clean utensils. Looks a bit like a thumbprint

I agree. looks like you have to clean the plate.

Clean your plate with warm soapy water and maybe also check the screws holding the hotend heating assembly, those like to back out on their own and then the whole hotend just wobbles arround and can cause failures like this.
Known problem of the A1 Series

I’d clean the plate but the whole printed area in the photo looks rough.

I’ve also seen PLA do this kind of thing when moisture is too high. If cleaning the plate doesn’t fix it, I’d look into drying the filament. Depending on your local humidity and how you store the filament it could just be water making the print especially vulnerable to contamination on the build plate.
