Bug or incorrect file from bambu support?

I’ve been having an issue with the 0.2mm nozzle not printing. Bambu support asked me to print a file they sent me using the 0.2mm nozzle. However, when I load the file, it automatically switches to the 0.4mm nozzle.
When I manually change it back to the 0.2mm nozzle, the print disappears from the slicer’s build plate.
Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve already changed the nozzle to 0.2mm in the printer settings and in the “Print Parts” section of the slicer.

Heres a link to a video of my issue

To be honest, a shaky video like that won’t get much traction here—this forum runs on volunteers, and I had to click out after a few seconds due to motion sickness. There wasn’t anything actionable in the footage anyway. If you want real help, upload the 3MF file so we’re not guessing, and post clear screenshot from your computer showing exactly what you’re seeing. One screenshot should show what things look like before the issue starts. That way, others can reproduce the problem and give you useful feedback.

If you’re not sure how to do a screenshot, follow this 5 minute tutorial.
