Build plate alignment corners (guides)

Thanks for the post. Were the previous X1Cs tinted?

Very interesting. I posted early on that I would rather my P1S had non tinted glass. Maybe enough other people felt the same way. I don’t usually expect a maker to respond to suggestions. A non-tinted lid alone would be enough for me. That way I could reinstall my build plate without raising it (the lid). Now I need to see if BBL offers it as a spare part.

Old man newbie here…on my new A1 I find it very easy to align the build plate. As one posted stated, if you angle the plate so that it aligns with the magnet slots in the back AND the two tabs on each side, it goes on easy. Use the tabs.
