Bulging Layer on one side - not shift - help troubleshooting

Hi guys - i have printed this model before without an issue. However today I printed it 2x and each time the same thing occurred both with and without supports and at slower speeds. Can you please point me to some trouble shooting steps as why this would happen (see pics) - i have printed this before with success - the only thing I changed recently was updating the slicer to the latest - but I dont think that has anything to do with it. At first i thought the nozzle might be hitting something so i slowed down the print and added supports - the model is stuck firmly so has not shifted and the 2nd print did the same thing in the same area. The slicer filament map of course looks perfect - i don’t see any layer issue in the preview settings.

Hi @mgtarallo ,

Can you verify and share the slicer preview for layer time and speed?
My guess is you have a significant change at that layer.

My feeling would be that the part is warping up in that corner.

You are correct! That is was it - I need to adjust some filament settings - I used a brim this time around and it printed perfectly. The thing that threw me off was it worked prior without the brim and the same settings and then I updated the slicer etc so immediately your mind goes to that (mostly likely was adhesion issues and the bed was not as clean as it should be etc). Thanks!
