Bulk pricing discounts on PC and TPU for AMS

I am noticing bulk pricing on both PC and TPU for AMS bringing the price down to 23.99 per roll on 4+ rolls. I cant find any information about if this is a short term bulk discount.

I am doing development on a product and the pricing matters over using Polymaker for the PC and another supplier for the high stiffness TPU. I just dont know if this is ongoing pricing or do I need to plan for future price increases.
