Cable connector and big hands

I need to replace this board and the connectors in the photo are so small I am not sure how to disconnect without breaking them. They do not seem to have the zero force insertion connectors that can tell, so nothing to flip. Any insight would be appreciated. I am using tweezers but so far no luck. Thanks!

Starting at 17:50 - With tweezers, flipped from the bottom up.

ceramic tweezers don’t bent like the metal ones. make sure they are ESD.

Then again, you probably aren’t wearing an ESD strap so does it matter?
