I think this is because h2d support is coming to orca, it was merged with nighty builds few days ago. Good, now Bambu has something to work on
It’s always been there — they just chose not to display it. It has nothing to do with H2D support in Orca Slicer.
That whole hiding and showing of different menus was the reason we couldn’t access the PA management menu on the X1 series some time ago. You had to connect to the printer you wanted to manage and then, in the preview, switch to a printer that actually exposed the PA-value menu.
That specific menu is not showing for me, how did you access it?
If we’re talking about the same menu — the one that lets you run auto calibration, manual calibration, and manage PA/K values — and you’re on a printer where that menu isn’t visible, here’s how to bring it up:
- In the Device tab, make sure you’re connected to the printer you want to manage (in my case, my X1C).
- Then go to the Preview tab and switch to a printer like the H2D, which has the Bambu Lab Calibration menu available.
Now, if you open the menu and choose Manage PA/K Values, the actions will apply to the printer you’re actually connected to.
I believe I reported this as a bug, but haven’t heard anything back yet. Until the devs find time to fix it, this workaround should do the trick. Just don’t run auto calibration while using this method — it may cause your printer to keep purging endlessly until the filament runs out. Use only Manual or Manage options and you’ll be fine.

You have to turn on Developer Mode in the settings

I enabled developer mode and upgraded to the most recent version of Bambu studio and it still does not show
