I have four H2S printers and one h2d iandn every single one gives either a tool head tool head camera Initialization failed every time I print. I have cleaned the cameras multiple times right before I print. Any idea why I’m having this happen
Have you tried a firmware update and factory reset? Often clears up weird errors.
Will give that a try need 25 character minimum
Do you have anything sitting on top of the printers?
What is the lighting situation like in your space?
Which camera are you cleaning?
Turns out it was the lighting, if I turn off the lights in the room, they do not fail. Thanks for the help
