Has anyone ever experienced a camera malfunction along with the light not turning on, either through the app or directly from the printer? But once the camera connector cable is reseated, the light turns on normally and the camera functions properly
That happens when the cable gets disconnected.
Mine stopped working a month ago and I checked all of the connections with no luck. one day it started to work again and then about three days later it stopped again and hasn’t worked since. I don’t use it anyway so the camera part is no big deal but the light would be nice. Not worth the price of replacing it. good luck.

Apparently, it seems that the camera is a common problem with the A1.
It was working normally, and suddenly it stopped.
New printer, only 1 month of little use.
My A1 mini camera stopped working about 1 month ago and the light does not even come on. All connections are good. Just not really worth a support ticket since I have used the camera since I got the printer around 1 year ago.
