Will the P2S print petg-GF and if so, nozzle temps of 240-290 degrees? What about print bed temp?

only 290 °C sounds far to high for PETG. The fibers shouldn’t make a difference. Or do you mean PET-GF? That should work as well.
Manufacturer states 260-290 degrees, and this is for petg-gf, and 80 degrees for bed.
ok, sounds at least unusual, but if that’s the recommendation by the manufacturer, then it should be ok.
I’ve never printed anything this hot before, that’s why I posed the question, From AMAZON web site and the Manufacturer:

This is the first time I have ever used any GF filament on the P2S, I’ll let you know how this all works out!.
You’re not the first person to see this error. I believe they got their specs mixed up with their pet-gf specs.
250-260 is the proper temp. I print all my tinmorry PETG-GF at 250-255
Hmmm, so where did you get these specs, if not from the Manufacturer? You have used this product at the specs you show above and it was good? I’ll try it and post the results.
BTW, what printer model were you using? I am going to use on the P2S.
It’s just the specs I’ve calibrated using temp towers. It falls in line with their PETG-cf as well. It’s still PETG, glass fibers don’t make it need a huge jump in temp to print.
Yes, I get very good results! The orange, green, white, and red are all tinmorry PETG-GF using a 0.4HF hot end
I’m using an x1-c, h2s, and h2d.
OK, I made a print of a planetary gear box, using the Tinmorry petg-GF filament using the following settings:
0.04 nozzle, hardened steel as shipped from BamBu Labs installed on the printer. I have a 0.06 on order.
Nozzle temp - 255 degrees
Bed Temperature - 70 degrees
Print speed - P2S standard 100%
Humidity - 24% (Filament heated in P2S before printing for 4 hours, final temp as displayed on the control panel shows AMS temp 55 degrees
The print came out really well, better than I expected. all 6 gears inside mesh properly, the case is in 3 parts and when put together, there are no visable joints, and no print lines in the case.
My impression is that petg-GF does print successfully on the P2S, I’m happy. Thanks to all who helped me with the settings!
I print PETG-GF 70• bed temp 290• nozzle 255 just doesnt work for GF. Layers do not bond at all. 280-285 also works, but 290 for me works perfectly. Printing on p2S and x1c
