I run my own 3d printing business in Australia, and have photos (that i took) posted on my website of bambu lab fillament. however the quality of the fillament does not showup on the photo compared to in person but bambu labs photos of the fillament look stunning.
So i was wondering if i can use the photos of the fillament that is on bambu labs website for my own website.

If you are an authorized resseller, you should get a media kit with all the data (images, tech specs, etc).
Just making a guess based on experiences with other companies. They are all pretty much the same. They want their product to be represented the way that they want.
I think he means to use their filament pictures as color swatches on his website. It’s the same what I did for mine.
