Can the AMS 2 dry PC filament?

I like the look of the new device and I’m thinking about replacing my AMS + dryer combo with this to reduce the space my kit takes up.

However, on the spec page for some filaments it specifies a drying temperature in a “blast oven” (whatever one of those it) for temperatures above 65 C, for example PC filament requires 80 C.

Does that mean you can’t use the AMS 2 to dry these filaments, or you just leave it drying for longer?

What does the automatic RFID do for the drying settings with a Bambu PC filament when put inside an AMS 2?

While it could try it at 65°C for a longer duration, you’d be better off with the AMS HT, which goes to 85°C.

Oh many thanks, I hadn’t actually seen that model.

It’s been more than a year since I’ve done any printing or visited here, seems like they’ve been busy.
