Can this hot-end be saved? Filament cut and stuck :(

I have some filament that is stuck in the extruder mechanism, and I made the horrible mistake of cutting the filament in the hopes that the AMS would unload successfully, but of course I wasn’t thinking through everything and now have a hot-end with filament that I cannot grab on to.

Not sure if this is useful, the filament stuck in the hot-end is Bambu PLA Basic White.

Thanks for any suggestions!

What part of the wiki are you referring to? I don’t see anything that relates in the troubleshooting section.

and

Thats quite hard…… Have you tried asking the AI helper in The Bambu handy app?

Thanks, this helps especially the second link. I suspect the first link is the cause as well, likely causing the filament to deform too early.

Update: I have been able to clear the jam from the extruder, now back to re-assembly and following the process to unclog the hot-end. Will post results once done.

Update 2: clog removed using the hex wrench method!
