Hello i am new to the bambu family and i have to say i am loving the support from the community and form the brand as a whole but ther is one thing i would like to see for the handyapp i am a youtuber and i love to post my shorts to my channel and well when using the app it would be great is i could rotate the models so they will face the camera i am using the p1s so i am not sure if this is available for the other priters because i have just recently have been able to pull the time-lapse from the app and someone at the time said that feature was only available for x1c users but PLEASE can we get model rotate in the app please!!!
Are you asking how to use the rotate feature to turn your object in Bambu handy so that the ‘front’ faces the camera before you slice it??
I mean if there is a way that would be great because i can not figure it out thats why i was asking to have that added
I think it is not so easy. The print profile contains information how a model should be printed. There are settings, e.g. the seam, which are related to the absolut orientation. Rotating a model via the app and ignoring the print profile setting may lead to bad print results.
If you need to rotate an object, I recommend using a computer. Than you can check, if there are any relevant settings in the print profile or if you can just rotate it. In most cases it should work, but not in all.
I would agree with you but you have been able to do this and adjust the size of the models in the creality app from the start of the k1 just wondering if we could get to that level of user friendly thats all
