I give up on Mako. They still can’t even give a shipping date. I’m not particularly fond of their business practices regarding closed source, patents etc. in the first place so I am eager to cancel my order while the Revo is on sale.
On that note - I find it kind of crazy that they are currently offering a discount on the Mako without an updated release date and when they have (IMO) treated their unwilling kickstarters that they tricked into investing so they could develop this hotend.
Anyways - my question is regarding Revo. I have read several forum posts stating that the Revo 0.4 nozzle flow rate is actually worse than stock. There is so much conflicting information out there it’s impossible to know anything.
I really just want to know if I would see an improvement in flow rate with a 0.4 Revo nozzle while printing any filaments… I print all the major ones: PETG, ASA, PC, CF, PLA, PLA Pro. Is there a simple yes or no answer? And if so, can you please elaborate? Thank you very much.
