I did more than you asked, and I have also detailed how you can repeat it yourself in the future.
I have made some tweaks and provided you with four versions:
- Face Down 2mm thick (1mm of design and 2mm total thickness)
- Face Up 2mm thick (1mm of design and 2mm total thickness)
- Face Down 3mm thick (1mm of design and 3mm total thickness)
- Face Up 3mm thick (1mm of design and 3mm total thickness)

How did I do this? (Give a man a fish, and he will have print today, teach a man to fish, and he will print every day.)
Notes:
- Your design element was 0.5mm thick, which would only print two layers, as your layer height of 0.2mm means it will only print the first 0.4mm.
- It is far more common to have a 1mm thick design portion, or the colours behind the design will seep through, the blue would show through the white.
- I wasn’t sure if you wanted a common 2mm or a thicker 3mm version, as you said 2-3mm.
- Most coasters are 100 mm in diameter; yours is smaller. You can stretch it using the scale toolbar feature if you wish.
How to reproduce:
- I noted down which colours were assigned to which objects in the design portion.
- I selected your design portion as one item and used the scale toolbar option. I turned off “uniform scale” and set the height to 1mm.
- I selected the design portion and right-clicked, and selected centre, it already was, but just in case, always do this.
- I selected the disc portion and used the scale toolbar option. I turned off “uniform scale” and set the height to 2mm (optionally 3mm).
- I selected the disc portion and right-clicked, and selected centre.
- I select the whole area using the shift key and dragging a selection area around both parts. I find that easier, but you can use the object panel if you prefer.
- Right-click and select Merge from the context menu.
- Using the objects panel, I made sure the cylinder object (the disc portion) was the highest item in the list of child objects of the merge. It was sometimes when I played around, other times it wasn’t. As it is the background, it MUST be the top entry.
- I reviewed the other objects to see if the original colours persisted, and sometimes they did, sometimes they didn’t. I selected the incorrect entries and chose the correct colour.
I now had a perfect 2 mm-thick coaster facing down; this would generate a coaster with the buildplate texture. This is my preferred method.
As some prefer it facing up, I did the following.
- I added a build plate and selected it.
- I right-clicked the face down coaster and chose "clone’ from the context menu.
- I left the copy count as 1 and agreed.
- It created the duplicate on the second build plate.
- I right-clicked the new coaster and selected “Mirror > Z”.
- I right-clicked the new coaster and selected “Mirror > X”.
I now had a duplicate that would print face up with the design oriented the right way. Less important for this design, but worth remembering for when it matters, mirror both Z and X.
