It can not extrude. I have changed extruder gears, extruder motor, hotend assambly with brand new ones but it still can not extrude. it gives this error:

Have you tried printing without the use of the buffer? Video The strange behavior with the filament buffer is likely the issue if you replaced most of the parts in the head. It might be good to purchase a new one or unscrew it and try to repair the part.
As vncnt said I would try to print with out the AMS and see if you are able to extrude. If you don’t have the external holder installed you can just cut a piece of filament off that is a few feet long and feed it in to the back. If that works then I would do a factory reset. If it’s still doing that after the reset then I would take a look inside the buffer.
Oh and if it’s still under warranty I would open a support ticket as soon as possible, they’ll send you a new buffer if that’s what ends up being the problem.
