Hi ,
I’ve had my P1P since summer ’23 and put about 2000 hours on the clock in local mode. So far I exclusively used petg.
Now I want to print something in TPU.
I changed the filament in the software and sliced the object. When I then want so send the file to the printer. I am made aware of a mismatch between filament used in slicing and filament in printer.
I am advised to change the filament on the device tab. There I can only unload and load.
How do I change the filament type there?
My P1P doesn’t have an AMS.
EDIT:
Could there be a mismatch between studio software and printer firmware?
2.5.0.66 studio
01.05.02.00 printer

On my non-AMS X1C, I use the printer display to set the filament when I load the spool and the change is reflected in the slicer.

I feel very stupid now, but thanx a lot
If it makes you feel any better, I had to try it myself before posting to be sure my memory was correct. ![]()
