First off, this is no major thing and i know i could do it in the slicer if needed but,
set up is h2c with 2x ams2 pros, 1 with my petg in goes to the vortek the other with pla goes to the left nozzle
problem is i wanted to print the scraper grip from the internal memory of the H2C but it defaults to the vortek side and no matter what ive tried will let me print with thhe left nozzle
even going into the extruder menu and selecting left nozzle dont work , even int he selevet filamant and hot end rack only shows the vortek
It’s because it was sliced for PLA and not PETG which would be a different configuration, print it from bambu studio where you can choose the filament you want and slice accordingly
You cannot change the nozzle side on any file printed from memory whether it is bambu files or your own files saved on the USB key. It’s just because it would require a re-slicing that the printer cannot do by itself.
If the file was sliced on the right nozzle you cannot change it to the left.
This is likely not possible - I got into a big debate about it last week.
The vortek nozzles have different operating behavior compared to the left nozzle, not to mention the X position offset. If you were to run a vortek nozzle print with the left nozzle it would be shifted over by the spacing between the two - if the print was already close to the left side of the bed it could result in a crash.
