Can't connect to my A1

Can’t print on my A1 or A1 mini:

I have been printing on my A1 and A1 mini for a couple of years with no problem. Everything is on the same wifi network. Go through all the steps and still nothing. Tried reverting to an old slicer and it still doesn’t print.

It will recognize my printer serial number, access code and ip address, and load and slice the model… but then just stalls. Tried LAN mode, turned it on, turned it off. Turned printer on, turned it off. Formatted the sd card, twice. No joy.

I am on a Ubuntu 24 system. I verified that there is no firewall. VPN is off. Quit bambu studio, reloaded it, quit it again. No printing.

So I installed orca slicer and that seems to work ok, but I wanted to stick with the Bambu studio. For now I am putting the brakes on buying another P1 or P2 or the X2D until this issue can be resolved.
