I have a new wi-fi network but I can’t get it connected. These are the relevant stages of attempts. Actually, just got Handy to connect, and can see camera feed. All settings on the display seem fine. Still, no connection in Studio

Which step of the binding process are you getting stuck on?
Are you binding the printer to your acount by scanning the QR code with the Handy app?
Yes, I scanned the QR code. It is not letting me log in, There’s no IP address listed. No Access code can be entered. It does show the correct WLAN tho.
In Handy it says printer idle
No IP address so apparently the printer is not connected to the wi-fi. AFAIK, Bambu printers only work on 2.4 GHz channels. Is your router operating on those frequencies?
My router has both 2.4 and 5. I see them both on my phone

If you can see it in Handy, then you need to check to make sure you are logged into Studio with the same account.

Solved! I had a new motherboard put in a month ago, but that was working fine. I don’t know why I had to change account settings now, but did and it worked.
