I have PLA in slots 1,2,and 3. in my printer and petg in slot 4. My print requires petg, but slot four is greyed out. Why or how do I choose to use slot four when I click send to printer?

You loaded the filament in the AMS? Does the screen on the H2S indicate all 4 bays are taken?
Once the machine side is happy, go to Bambu Studio and make sure your device is selected under the Device Tab. Also make sure the device is connected under the device tab.
Now go to the Prepare tab, make sure your device is selected in the drop down, and click on Sync Info. This should populate all 4 bays on the software side at this point.
now in the center, you can right click an object and select change filament, and select the filament you want to change to.
Since this is bambu filament, it should auto-detect at the printer side of things. If that doesn’t happen, sometimes it doesn’t auto-detect, you have to MANUALLY enter the filament type on the printer before going to the software.
