Afternoon all,
Bit of an odd one, i can’t send files to my printer. But i can view the printer live, i can even print from the Studio, but the Send option doesnt work. It comes up with “Failed to Send… Please check the failure reason.” But there is no failure reason. I’m unsure what to check. The SD Card is fine, otherwise i wouldn’t be able to print. So, not sure what the issue is.
How full is the SD card? Sending a file doesn’t overwrite like the Print option does.
I did think this too, but there are no videos and only 23 print profiles. I changed the SD card to a 64gb card too because i’ve heard about the standard one failing
My guess is there is something blocking the file being sent across your network. Perhaps an Antivirus software?
Thank you for the reply. I have no antivirus installed on my laptop, nor is the firewall on. So bizarre
Which version of studio is it you are using ?
you may need to update both studio and the network plugin
