I have an H2D with 1 AMS on right nozzle with various PLA, HT on left nozzle with PLA support material. Everything shows up in Studio correctly, the filaments are synced.
Preparing a model, I request support material for the support interfaces, but the slicer puts a random PLA from the AMS in its place.
Then I can’t print because “requested filament is not in the printer” and the error shows orange PLA in the HT. But Studio shows the support filament in the HT which is the reality.
Anyone know why? How the heck do I use the support material? This seems dumb but I can’t figure it out. Thanks!
(I opened a ticket for this but I would actually like to make prints this month if possible, hope you can help

Out of curiosity, does the printer show the filaments under its filament settings as well? If so, perhaps close out Bambu Studio, reboot the printer, then open Bambu Studio and do another Sync info. I’m grabbing at straws here since you mentioned filaments are synced with Bambu.
Sorry for asking such a silly question, but since you didn’t show a photo of it, I just wanted to check: Did you select left and right correctly? I mean, you probably already have tons of successful printouts, but maybe the left and right sides got accidentally swapped in this project. As I said, just an idea, maybe it will help. 
Thank you for asking, The printer does show the correct filaments, and left and right are selected correctly.
I made a new file from scratch and that works, so I am going to assume the old file is somehow corrupt. It dated from when I was using an A1. I hope all my A1 project files aren’t corrupt in this way, but at least now I can proceed.
Now if I could just get the size of this stupid prime tower down….

Just purchased H2C, request from son to print nameless king. Using silver PLA and bambu supp PLA but job did not use support. It only used the PLA hence supports would not break away easyily which resulted in broken model. This is 3rd attempt on this as other two had stringing which caused me to stop job also seen Printing support interface material at the base of supports causing early failures. The history for job shows the correct params.
One thing that caught me before was the filament profile not matching the actual support material type in Bambu Studio. The AMS recognized it, but the slicer settings were still treating it like regular PLA. After correcting the material assignment and resyncing, support printing started working normally again.
