Cause of Failure

Does this look like a bed issue or a filament issue? It’s PLA, and I think the bed is clean.

It looks like an adhesion problem. How are you cleaning your bed?

Some soapy wet towel, then clean wet towel. I can re-try.

Yeah, I’ve heard that before. “Clean” is not just a rinse off with water and a bit of soap. You need to get every microscopic bit of grease and dust off that thing.
I would recommend filling your sink with warm water and Dawn dish soap and letting it soak for a few minutes (5-10), then attacking it with more Dawn and a nonabrasive sponge. This works very well for me.
This should be a regular occurrence, maybe once or twice a week. If you let it sit around for a day or two it will get dust on it, or if you touch the surface you will get grease from your fingers on it. Try two avoid both of these because it will quickly compromise the adhesion.

If that fails to work then you could try a glue stick (Just a regular Elmer’s purple washable glue stick). I don’t like this method myself, because layers of glue and grease and dust will just build up on the plate, and the adhesion just isn’t as good as a nice clean plate.

I used to have the same issue - cheap quality filament. try the same design but with a different filament

It happened with 2 filaments.

what is the temperature around? below 70 and above 90 I learned that printer doesn’t like. I would also recommend to try a bed glue - sometimes saves your life

Looks like how finger oils on the bed would look. Doesn’t take much.

Let’s say you get that completely sorted out, but still have issues… check for reasons that you may be getting clogs in the nozzle. Things like high chamber temps (if printing with PLA) would be my second guess. High chamber temps will start to melt or soften the PLA in the cold side of the hot end and that will cause a little stiction and cause clogs.

As others have already said it looks like a build pate in need of a clean.

I thought the official guide might be of use.

Ambient temperature is ~72.

Just needed better scrubbing. Back on track!

Thanks much.
