Chamber Camera Stopped Working

Hello All,

My chamber camera has stopped working. Seemingly after a recent update.
I receive no errors, only see a black screen in either the Handy App or the desktop version of Bambu Studio - on two different Macs.

When you hit the play button, it just reports as loading - the screen stays black.

The printer is printing normally - its jus the camera that seems to be the problem.

I have the lastest version of the firmware installed.

I have restarted - turned on off multiple times. Performed a factory reset.
Re-booted my router and updated versions of Bambu Studio. All no change.

@wdarragh hi,

I had issues with touch screen with 1.08 and I downgraded firmware and used a little bit with 1.07.02 and upgraded again and I have no problem now. you can try that.

I had that same issue. The printer is less than 6 months old and installed the firmware it was requesting to update to and the software on my PC to Ver. 2. something the software is not showing the version. Contacted support and have yet to resolve the issue. We did ask if there is a way to see if the camera is working… no reply yet. It has been a wonderful tool up to the last update and firmware.

Deleted the Bambu Lab software and reverted to Ver 1. level and tested… same issues. Suspecting the Camera is not working or the firmware is the issue. Going to see if the firmware can be downgraded next and check all the connections on the printer.
