I’ve got 3 different types of Bambu printer, and every time i change printer, Bambu studio chooses the original default print process/profile.. Example Bambu Lab X1 Carbon always chooses “0.2mm Standard @BBL X1C”. Is there a way to change which profile each printer chooses?

The short answer is “No”.
Changing only between A1 and X1C printers, I see that Studio tries to use an equivalent process and nozzle for the new printer selection.
0.06mm Fine @BBL A1 0.2 nozzle → 0.06mm High Quality @BBL X1C 0.2 nozzle
0.30mm Strength @BBL X1C 0.6 nozzle → 0.30mm Strength @BBL A1 0.6 nozzle
0.16mm High Quality @BBL X1C → 0.16mm High Quality @BBL A1
0.08mm High Quality @BBL X1C 0.2 nozzle → 0.08mm High Quality @BBL A1
I only see the switch to a “standard” process when the old layer height is incompatible with the new nozzle size.
0.06mm Fine @BBL A1 0.2 nozzle → 0.30mm Standard @BBL X1 0.6 nozzle
0.08mm Extra Fine @BBL X1C → 0.40mm Standard @BBL A1 0.8 nozzle
0.28mm Extra Draft @BBL A1 → 0.10mm Standard @BBL X1C 0.2 nozzle
