Changing Flush Volumes

If I use PLA as the support interface for my PETG print, I dial in the flush volume to make sure the PLA doesn’t contaminate or weaken my print. Then I upload the model to Makerworld. When I try to print it from Makerworld, using Bambu Handy, the flush volume apparently gets changed if I make any change to the filament choices (like picking a different color). This contaminates the print and makes it fail structurally.

Is there a better way to do this? Is there a way for me to adjust the flush volume and make it persistent, even through Bambu Handy?
