I have a project that has multiple plates and has 10 filaments set up to use. one plate I want to print is only using 3 of those filaments. I’m set up to be able to use 4 with my AMS system. the 3 filaments in the project are set up as #4, 5 & 6.
Can I change the set up on the colors to allow me to print this correctly?

You don’t need to “set” anything up to print it.
If you slice and “print” the part, you are presented with what is currently available in your AMS and filaments that the part is sliced with. Note: the filament in the AMS as to be the same as what the model was sliced with. IE PLA and PLA or it will be grayed out.
If the slicer doesn’t match the colours correctly or you want to change one of the colours to something else at the time of printing, click the little down arrow. This will allow you to select the colour you want from the available colours.
