Its most likely an extruder clog, although it could also be a nozzle clog. If its not the nozzle, you can remove the filament guide first to see if you can clear it, its pretty easy just 3-4 screws depending on which version you have.
This usually happens when you go from high temp filament like Nylon or ABS to a low temp filament like PLA without letting it cool down properly.
I decided to swap out my .4HF nozzles for my .4 standard flow. That appears to have resolved the issue, so now I know where the problem lies.

In my case was one day messing the bed vs the nozzle and i think i closed a bit the hole or something and changing the nozzle fixed my issue
That sound comes from the extruder skipping steps because filament isn’t coming through the nozzle properly. If that happens while printing soft materials, stop immediately — otherwise the filament can end up curling inside the extruder.
You should always let the chamber cool down to the correct printing temperature for the material you’re switching to. Moving from a high-temperature filament to a low-temperature one can trigger these issues. I once did that on my X1C and the clog became so severe that I replaced the entire extruder rather than wasting time trying to clear it.
What I find strange is that the printer blocks PLA loading in the AMS HT after drying because of the temperature — which makes sense — yet you can still load and print a low-temperature filament immediately after running a high-temperature print in the chamber. The logic should be the same, but somehow it isn’t.
