Move your mouse over it, right-click, select “Remove”, or “open containing folder”.
OR if that doesn’t work for you:
Hover over it in your “Recently Opened” list, and it tells you where that file is located on your computer. Go there and delete it. Mine is located in this folder (D is a separate drive): D:\Bambu Studio\resources\web\homepage\model
