Clarification on 'Allow Remix'

I am new to modeling and have uploaded a couple of 3d models. I have been asked to Allow Remix(s) on one of my models, but…

  1. Not 100% sure how to change it to allow
  2. Are there any concerns I need to be aware of by allowing remixes?

So I just discovered where this is. I had to dig into the licenses to see the helpful text. If I am understanding it correctly, it would be better if I selected CC BY-NC-SA. Does that sound correct? I just want to make sure I get the credit for the work I put into it.
