Here recently I have been having an issue with my print head clogging.
I clean out the nozzle, pull the filament out, and i have even changed nozzles and it does the same thing before a print.
BUT, when I go to load/unload filament, it works just fine and extrudes.
Please help.
Check your nozzle temperature. If it’s too low the filament can’t be extruded fast enough and the extruder can grind a hole in the side of the filament. This will act like clog as nothing is extruded but it’s not a clog.
Temp is fine. Heats up to 250 to purge.
