Is there a way to make the color change on the layer apply only to the walls? I have little yellow left and would like to only have it on the outside, with the infill completely pink, but the slicer for some reason is creating walls between yellow and pink inside, as well as infilling with yellow.
Printing in all pink then painting is not an option. I understand that’s the cheapest, easiest, most likely to be recommended way of achieving what I want to do, but no, i need help with the software
I’m only guessing here but would it be better if you orientated it so that the yellow bits are on the bottom and the top? Like I say I’m guessing but I wonder if the fact that the yellow is on the same layers is the problem whereas if you switched it like I said would it stop this waste infill?
I ended up having enough yellow, but this would be the solution had I not. Only downside is surface imperfection on the bottom yellow side due to the support, but thanks for the suggestion
