I have had 0 issues connecting to both of our X1C Bambu printers, and syncing has not been a problem. Yesterday, I updated to the latest studio, and now it will not sync with the AMS on 1 of the 2 printers.
When I attach to the device, the AMS loads correctly on the right side under Devices. When I go back to the “Prepare” tab and try to sync the AMS, it tells me I am not connected and I should go back to devices and connect to a printer. I know I am connected, but it has become a vicious cycle since I updated. I removed the latest version of Studio and put on the earlier version I had, but I am not only still getting the message, but the UI is nearly the same as it was with the latest version, and I moved back to 2.0.1.50.
I have followed the wiki and checked all the network issues, but that is not the problem. I am sure it is in the latest release, and we own one of the first machines built, which is one that is not syncing since this Studio release.
Anyone else seeing this issue, or have a solution to resolve it? I would be happy just to go back to the old Studio that actually worked.
