Consistent detail with small delicate printing

Hello, hopping to get some expert advice…

These are some piano key labels I’m creating. These tiles are about 3/4” square. I’m using a Carbon X1 with PLA. The temp. of the build plate is 65° for the first layer then drops to 60°. There are some problems with some of the white text but what I’m centering on now are the problems with the sharp “#” symbols. These tiles are printed in groups of like colors together at once. As you can see below sometimes the sharps “#” print ok and sometimes they don’t. The multi colored look is created by switching colors on different layers. These tiles are printed slowly and upside down using a .2mm nozzle. The colored layer you see on top is printed first on a WamBam build plate. A Boolean cuts thought to revel the color of the third layer and so on as needed. This helps speed up the print by minimizing material changes. I’ve tried the different Bambu Studio presets of .10mm down to .06mm. With no consistent improvement.

I’ve sort of settled on the initial layer being at .07mm with the rest of the layers at .1mm. I’ve done this trying to discourage the squishing effect when trying to lay down these small delicate layers around the sharp symbols. This was my attempt of working around not having a Z offset. At first it seemed to work much better but as I continued printing different tiles it wasn’t as consistent as I had hoped.

I’m also using a small modifier shape superimposed over the first few layers of the “#” symbol that slows the head down to 5mm a second. Would it help to get a little less material flowing during this time as well? I forget what parameter does that. I’m needing to get more consistency when the head gets to these sharps!

It’s just accruing to me I might should smearing a little glue on the build plate.
