Is it possible to assemble the cutter completely from store parts, or is it missing something?
Maybe something that could just be 3D printed even.
You will certainly be able to as soon as the cutting module itself is available in the store which is not the case yet. It is available to order (or at least there is a price on some EU web site: €79). I’m sure bambu will offer the kit as soon as they have enough cutting modules as spares.
