Counterfeit Bambu Lab branded products on Amazon? Reseller or scam?

As far as we know, Bambu Lab does not sell on Amazon, yet this product popped up:

The product does not appear to be genuine, and lists ‘BAMBULAB’ as the ‘Brand’ - clicking it takes you to a generic amazon search for Bambulab as a search term, all images are re-used from bambulab.com store; the product listing has been live since April 28, 2024. @BambuLab to report infringement, follow this link to create a report: Amazon.com - Report Infringement

bbl have resellers, who may well be using amazon.

If I had to take a guess they’re real Bambu items just being resold by the people who scam their way into getting giftcards.

The phenomenon is obvious, but “RH Modern” is not one of them.
