A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the front cover of my X1C print head has a crack on the lower right side.
I can’t really remember when and how this could’ve been happening.
I’ve ordered a spare part (28€) just in case.
Anyone else who noticed the same?
I’ve glued mine back together a few times after particularly violent collisions. I keep a spare on-hand to replace it when it inevitably fully breaks, but for now the glued version has held on for a few months.
I believe this happens sometimes when the printer is homing going very fast against the right side front corner.

Some one that is good with cad needs to design one dor us to print so we have as many spares as we want.
Ask and ye shall receive. Many people who are good with CAD have designed MANY you can print as a spare…
